Our Services

  • Virtual Counseling Sessions

Counseling conducted over the internet via video conferencing.

  • Individual Therapy

Treatment of psychological problems that is conducted on a one-on-one basis. One therapist sees one client at a time, tailoring the process to their unique needs in the exploration of contributory factors and alleviation of symptoms.

  • Group Therapy

Treatment of psychological problems in which two or more participants interact with each other on both an emotional and cognitive level in the presence of one or more psychotherapists who serve as catalysts, facilitators, or interpreters. The approaches vary, but in general this form of therapy aims to provide an environment in which problems and concerns can be shared in an atmosphere of mutual respect and understanding. Group therapy seeks to enhance self-respect, deepen self-understanding, and improve interpersonal relationships.

  • Couples Counseling

Counseling in which guidance and advice focus on issues confronting relationships between partners. Couples counseling is short-term and problem oriented; it may include a variety of approaches to such difficult areas as shared responsibilities, expectations for the future, and loyalties.

  • Assessments

Patient assessment measures are administered at the initial patient interview and are used to help monitor treatment progress, advancing the use of initial symptomatic status and patient reported outcome (PRO) information.

  • Gender-Affirming Health Care Letters

A support letter for adults seeking medically necessary gender-affirming medical treatments. These clients receive thorough assessment by a licensed therapist.

Therapeutic Relationship

The therapeutic relationship is unique in that it is a highly personal and, at the same time, a contractual agreement. Given this, it is important for us to reach a clear understanding about how our relationship will work and what each of us can expect. Feel free to discuss any of this with your counselor.

The outcome of your treatment depends largely on your willingness to engage in this process, which may, at times, result in considerable discomfort. Remembering unpleasant events and becoming aware of feelings attached to those events can bring on strong feelings of anger, depression, anxiety, etc. There are no miracle cures. Your counselor cannot promise that your behavior or circumstance will change. They can promise to support you and do their very best to understand you and your repeating patterns, as well as to help you clarify what you want for yourself.

We can help.
